Default Party Member Numbers

You know, in pvp, everyone gets assigned a number. This is to facilitate easier targeting, for instance "Blind on 4" or "Attack [Korean Guy] 7". Now, this is useful and all, but I believe it should've made it into pve as well. That, combined with another suggestion for maintained enchantments (party member number over icon) would make a bonder's life happy, and easier for monks to target without having to count health bars.

The code's already in the game so I don't see this as a lot of work. Even henchies can get numbers, just look in tombs and gvg.
